1. Orientation & reservation
Have you found a nice trip from our offer? You can book the trip directly via the website!
The easiest way is to fill in the online reservation form, but you can also send us an email.

2. Customize a trip
Would you like to adjust a trip? For an individual trip, our website lists the day program, excursions and tips that can be booked separately.
Is a certain excursion not listed, but you have found something yourself and you would like to have this arranged in advance by us?
No problem, let us know your wishes and we will get started!

3. Book and confirm
After receiving your reservation, we will get started. If necessary, we will contact you and send you a complete proposal.
After approval we will send you a booking confirmation and invoice for the down payment (advance) of the trip.
The down payment is the amount of any airline tickets and 30% of the remaining travel sum.

4. Payment and travel documents
You pay the remaining amount of your holiday no later than 6 weeks before departure. You will receive the travel documents by e-mail before departure, including a personal road book with tips for your holiday.

5. During your vacation in Croatia
You are on vacation and everything is well arranged and pre-organized. Our service continues, we are also available during your holiday with advice and assistance!
During your trip we are also available via WhatsApp for any questions and support.
