  • Necessary medical information (if you want to provide it)
  • Information about the booked trip
  • Company name and policy number of your travel insurance (IF APPLICABLE)

What do we use the data for?

  • Your data is needed to make inquiries, to provide you with information about your trip, for relevant communication regarding the booking, for a good execution of the trip and to handle the booking and payment.
  • Your diet data is shared with the hotel or other travel service providers who provide meals and if this is for medical or religious reasons only to the extent that you give your consent.
  • To the extent that you have permission to give your medical information shared with the travel service provider aware of should be and transmission is necessary for you specify needs, your safety or the safety of others.

How long do we keep your data?

  • Unless otherwise specified, personal data will be saved up to a maximum of two years after the trip.
  • Medical data will be deleted after the trip.
  • To the extent that data are needed this data to the tax authorities kept for the applicable mandatory period (usually 7 years).
  • Above retention periods may be waived because of a legal obligation or a legitimate interest of the company or third parties to the extent that your interests should not prevail.
